1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and anoboytoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online sports betting and live casino platform accessible at anoboytoto.cam.

3 Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an Account on anoboytoto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. We enforce a strict 21+ minimum age policy across all services on the platform, consistent with international licensing standards for casino and sports betting operators.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal body registering on behalf of another party.
3. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the platform.
4. You are not an employee, director, agent, consultant, or close family member of any employee of anoboytoto or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform for any reason, including breach of these Terms or any applicable betting rules.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may hold only one Account on the platform. Duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method, are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly upon any change.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at our discretion, we may require you to complete a KYC verification process. The documents typically required include:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, Passport, or Malaysian Driver's Licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three months);

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the anoboytoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and participating banks), Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). Supported methods may change without prior notice.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Deposits made via local e-wallets and FPX are credited to your account balance within minutes under normal circumstances. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking hours.
• Anoboytoto does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours. Peak periods may extend processing time.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and not discretionary.
• Anoboytoto reserves the right to perform additional security reviews on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• We do not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods, accounts belonging to other persons, or anonymous payment instruments.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity on the platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., live casino table rules, specific sports market rules) are published within the respective product areas and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds and markets are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of your bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price, anoboytoto reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be amended at our discretion.
• In the event of ambiguity in the outcome of any market, anoboytoto's decision shall be final and binding.
• Mix Parlay wagers follow specific combination rules. If any leg of a Mix Parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated based on the remaining legs per standard Asian Handicap parlay rules.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Anoboytoto offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Default wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Time Limits: Promotions are valid for the period stated. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are published within each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Abuse: Behaviour deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, systematic low-risk wagering patterns intended solely to clear wagering requirements — may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• Referral Programme: Referral bonuses are awarded when the referred individual registers using a valid referral link, deposits a minimum of RM50, and completes a qualifying wager. Both parties earn the stated reward upon fulfilment. No referral cap applies unless stated otherwise.
• Anoboytoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the anoboytoto platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage; impersonating any other person; submitting forged or altered documents.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or another person's identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament brackets, or betting markets.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional terms, including arbitrage betting solely for bonus extraction, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or any pattern of play that is artificially structured to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any form of automated software to access, interact with, or manipulate the platform.
• Match Manipulation: Participating in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of any scheme to fix or manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform as a mechanism to launder funds derived from illegal activity. Anoboytoto is required by its licensing conditions to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Accessing from Restricted Jurisdictions: Attempting to access or use the platform while located in a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Anoboytoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion. Common grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive conduct;
• A request for self-exclusion by the Account holder;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or any other legal requirement;
• Confirmed use of the Account by a person under the age of 21.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, anoboytoto may freeze the Account balance for the duration of the review. If the investigation concludes without adverse findings, the Account will be reinstated and the balance released. Where adverse findings are confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

10 Responsible Gambling

Anoboytoto is firmly committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered users through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of active sessions to maintain awareness of time spent.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum stated period and take effect immediately upon confirmation.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, including maintenance downtime;

• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Anoboytoto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Our maximum aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the anoboytoto platform — including, but not limited to, the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software, text, graphics, game assets, and data — are owned by or licensed to anoboytoto. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use any intellectual property of anoboytoto except for the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
